Troubleshooting the Sage 100 Martus EZ Connector Connection.

New fields have been added to the Setup > Sage 100 page to assist with identifying and troubleshooting the EZ Connector.

Date and Time and User connected to Martus EZ Connector are available for Martus Admins to view. Machine Name, Client Version and Driver are available to Martus Super Admins to view.

An email is also sent to Martus Admins letting them know the connector has not been run in the past 12 hours.

Is the user who made the original connection still active?

  • Martus EZ Connector uses an API token that is user based. If that user was inactivated for any reason, it will break the connection.

  • Reactivate the user.

  • If the user should NOT be reactivated, reestablish the connection again with another user following the steps in the setup guide. (Admin log in - download MEC file - put it in the folder - establish the connection, etc.)

Did you recently upgrade Sage 100 software or were files moved?

If a client upgrades their Sage 100 software or their files are moved, they will need to reconfigure their Martus Connector to recognize the new folder.

  1. Open Martus EZ Connector.

  2. Click MEC file.

  1. Click Connection Info.

  2. Click Auto Detect to update the Connection String.

  3. Fill in the User information.

  4. Click Save.
