- Marty is trained only on the Martus Knowledge Base and the contents of the help files.
- All questions are completely anonymous. Marty doesn't know your username, your company, or anything about your Martus permissions.
- Marty has no access to your company's financial information.
Steps to use Marty:
- Click the chat icon in the top right corner of the Martus screen.
- The chat window will appear on the right side of the screen to communicate with Marty.
- To assist the Martus team with the testing process, please begin all conversations by introducing yourself with your first name and company name.
- Continue with a software-related question.
- Rate the answer you receive with either a thumbs up or a thumbs down. For the purposes of testing Martus, please use thumbs down if all or any part of the answer is incorrect.
Notes:
- Marty is great for software-related questions, but it doesn't have access to marketing or client billing information.
- Marty is utilizing the Martus Knowledge Base and the Martus Help Files (the blue question marks in Martus) to answer your questions.
- Marty will provide links to the source documents it uses to answer the questions you ask.
- Feel free to ask follow-up questions for Marty if you feel as though the first answer wasn't helpful.
- The Martus team is reviewing all questions and answers to provide better source data for Marty to improve future answers.
- Marty will be monitored by our support team but does not have a way to connect the user to a support agent directly.
