A budget manifests your strategies in a financial action plan. However, external and internal changes can dictate adjustments in the form of a reforecast.
Reforecasting in Martus starts with copying an existing budget. The typical next step is loading actuals into that budget, up through the last closed month. Then, the resulting budget is opened for updates from budget holders.
This mini-webinar is extracted from our March 2023 webinar. It provides a PPT overview of how to create a reforecast budget, then walks through the entire process in Martus.
