QBO is an API integration with Martus, so connecting to Martus is fairly simple.
During the kick-off meeting, we review your QuickBooks setup and get your QuickBooks Online connected to Martus.
Before the kickoff, the following tasks should be completed:
- All accounts must have numbers assigned in the Number field on the account in QBO.
- If you use classes in QBO, all class names must be made unique.
You will also be asked the following:
- If you use classes, how you use them.
- If you use locations, how you use them, and what you call them within QuickBooks (Business, Department, Division, Location, Property, Store, or Territory).
- If you use Customers and Projects, how you use them.
- Whether your Chart of Accounts is natural or is divided into departments.
